One of the Most Disgusting Restaurants in Hyderabad Ever!

Being one of the most food lovers, we decided to review special chicken biryani from Mehfil Restaurant located at Narayanguda, Hyderabad.

Based upon the positive reviews and with a lot of trust and expectations, we brought a Special Chicken Biryani parcel from Mehfil Restaurant hoping to have the best biryani in Hyderabad.

As usual, this restaurant has provided gravy and raitha along with chicken 65 and boiled egg for the special chicken biryani ordered.

Mehfil Special Chicken Biryani: A Detailed Review

Now, let us review in detail the special chicken Biryani from Mehfil Restaurant after unpacking the parcel.

1. Rice Quality: and Quantity

The top layer is filled with both Plain and masala rice after unpacking. At the bottom, we get a full whitish rice. The quantity of rice provided could have been better for special chicken biryani.

2. Chicken Pieces Quantity:

Two chicken pieces were provided along with this special chicken Biryani. Both chest pieces were provided and the leg piece was not provided.

Usually, we get a leg piece along with the chest pieces of chicken. Also, the number of chicken pieces could have been more for special chicken biryani.

3. Chicken Pieces Quality:

Only some parts of the chicken pieces are soft, whereas the remaining portions are extremely hard.

We cannot conclude by saying that the chicken pieces are too worst or not chewable. At the same time, the quality of the chicken pieces could have been improved.

At least, the chicken pieces should have been boiled and cooked properly before serving to customers.

Previously, we reviewed Chicken Jumbo Pack Biryani from this restaurant by making a detailed video. Soon, we will be writing a detailed review of the Chicken Jumbo Pack Biryani.

But compared to the chicken Jumbo Pack Biryani from Mehfil Restaurant, the chicken pieces were too hard in this Special Chicken Biryani.

4. Gravy and Raitha Taste:

The gravy and raitha taste good when had with biryani rice. The chicken pieces’ taste was satisfactory when had with gravy and raitha. Still, the hardness of the chicken pieces can be felt when had with biryani and gravy.

5. Packing:

The Special Chicken Biryani was packed very well in a foil cover. At the same time, it was disappointing to see the unprofessional way of packing chicken 65 and boiled egg.

Maintaining a restaurant, it remains a question why can’t the chicken 65 and boiled egg be packed in a Silver foil cover?

Even though plastic covers have been banned, still in a few restaurants such as Mehfil we can find both chicken 65 and boiled egg packed in the same plastic cover.

Usually, many restaurants provide Chicken 65 and Boiled Egg packed in different silver foil covers.

6. Boiled Egg Quality:

Since the boiled egg and chicken 65 were packed in a single plastic cover, the masala and oil of chicken 65 were mixed completely on the boiled egg.

Many restaurants, provide boiled eggs to customers by removing the shell. But in this case, the parcel we received was along with the boiled egg without its shell removed as shown in the below image.

After careful observation, we came to know that the eggshells were already broken along with tiny pieces coming out.

After seeing the above image, here are the common questions raised such as:

1. What are the consequences to be faced if these tiny pieces of egg shells get inside the chicken 65 pieces?

2. What happens when small children have food in excitement and hunger without noticing the shell pieces inside chicken 65?

3. Who is responsible for customers’ health and safety?

4. Are we spending money to have this poor quality food to risk our lives?

We noticed that the shells were stuck inside the chicken 65 pieces. Apart from small children, there are chances of adults without noticing the eggshells inside the chicken pieces and facing severe health issues.

While holding the boiled egg in our hands, we can observe many shells coming out and what happens if these eggshells get mixed along with the food we are having.

it could have been better if the chicken 65 and the boiled egg with its shells were peeled off and packed in separate foil covers.

7. Chicken 65 Taste:

Considering our health and safety, we have not tasted the chicken 65 because the egg shells which was inside the chicken pieces.

It is a sincere request to watch this video completely for a better understanding of this review and to be aware of the worst services offered to customers in many restaurants across Hyderabad.

What is the difference between Chicken Biryani and Special Chicken Biryani from Mehfil Restaurant?

The only difference between Chicken Biryani and Special Chicken Biryani from Mehfil Restaurant is that we get chicken 65 and a boiled egg packed in a plastic cover in poor condition.

The rice quality of this special chicken biryani was absolutely poor and it is not clear what makes this biryani special from other chicken biryani.

Mehfil Special Chicken Biryani: The Best Alternative Solution

People who still want to continue ordering food from this restaurant even after reading this review, it is up to the people’s opinion. But, to avoid risks, it is a kind suggestion from OSRVIEWSS not to buy special chicken biryani from this restaurant.

Rather, for people who prefer to have chicken 65 along with chicken biryani, it is advisable to buy chicken biryani and chicken 65 separately even if customers are ready to pay double the amount and boil eggs at their home.

For the namesake, Mehfil Restaurant provided a special Hyderabadi chicken biryani with poor quality rice but gives a complete disappointment feel after ordering food from this restaurant.

At the same time, OSRVIEWSS does not recommend people order food from this restaurant after reading this review. Instead, customers can prefer better restaurants than Mehfil which we will be sharing with many people in the coming days through a detailed review.
