We have ordered Chicken Fry Piece Biryani along with gravy and raitha provided . We will be reviewing every factor in detail such as :
1. Food Packing:
Sri Kanya Hotel scores its first impression with its professional way of packing the food. The packing is so tight which makes it impossible for the air to enter inside. Also, the food packed remains hot inside for hours and hours without the taste being disturbed.
Especially, this type of packing is suitable for people:
- Traveling airports, railway stations, etc.
- Office employees to have their lunch.
- College students have food along with their friends in colleges
- Lunch and Dinner Parties along with family and friends.
- People traveling out of the station by railways and many more…
2. Biryani Rice:
After unpacking, we can observe that the top layer is provided with plain white rice along with green chilies toppings. The bottom part is provided with special masala rice.
The rice quality is excellent and the odor can be sensed while unpacking which tempts all food lovers to have it immediately.
3. Chicken Pieces:
Usually, we have observed that the chicken pieces are provided on top of the biryani rice packed in many hotels according to the Hyderabadi Irani Biryani style. But, in this case, the pieces are provided at the bottom after keeping the box upside down as shown in the below image.
This is because the chicken pieces are not cooked along with the biryani rice. The chicken pieces are fried separately and then added to the biryani at the bottom while packing so that the masala of the fry pieces gets mixed with the rice to give a special taste.
How much quantity of Chicken Pieces are Provided?
There were 8 chicken pieces provided in a single biryani with a sufficient quantity of rice along with gravy, raitha, onion, and lemon.
The chicken pieces were very much soft and the taste was fantastic. All the chicken pieces were boiled and cooked properly which makes customers taste this biryani again and again.
3. Delivery:
Home delivery service is available through swiggy and zomato up to any distance. Whereas, Sri Kanya Hotel delivery service is up to a certain kilometer radius, which will be explained according to the distance between the hotel and the customer’s location when contacted through the telephone number as shown in the above video.
4. Cost:
The cost of chicken fry piece biryani is Rs 250 whereas it is Rs 273 for the home delivery option at the time we ordered. At present, the rates might have changed slightly.
5. Taste:
All the spices were mixed together along with the rice and chicken pieces which elevates the taste to a superior level. Especially, the wonderful flavor of masala makes it a perfect food to enjoy and gives a home-made biryani feel.
